e arrested a St. Cloud man Thursday morning in connection with a report of a domestic assault.
Police were called at 1:12 a.m. to the 600 block of 14th Street South. A man struck the mother of his child several times in the back and neck and choked her, police said.
He threatened to kill the woman and pulled the phone cord from the wall when she grabbed the phone, the report said. Hussein Hassan Farah, 23, was taken to Stearns County Jail. The 25-year-old victim sustained minor injuries.
